Note 1: Samples will be laundered in accordance with test method chosen unless otherwise indicated in special instructions.

Note 2: Samples are destroyed in testing. Samples will be disposed of unless a return is requested in special instructions (additional fees apply).

Note 3: An Image of the garment label on the sample submitted will be included in the Test Report. If there is a discrepancy, it will be noted.
